$15 a month shared access 1.5MBPS
Wireless Connects available.  Customer equipment supported. Optional DEDICATED
Internet access available up to OC192. Space provides copper or wireless support with optional fiber available.

SPECIAL or OVERNIGHT COURIERS
No handling fees, you pay postage only.  FedEx, UPS, Airborne and DHL in building and lobby.  Common accounts available (billed monthly).

• Daily scheduled pick-ups for all carriers available.

• Federal Express, and UPS Drop Boxes in lobby with after hours pickup.

• Lawyers Delivery and other direct couriers to State and Federal Courts and distant locations only a phone call away, 5 minutes from office.
   

OUT-GOING MAIL
No handling fees up to 100 pieces per daily mailing, you pay postage only.  Pitney Bowes Postal Meter on site.  Direct pickup and delivery by Postman from site.

FAX SERVICES
No handling fees, you pay $0.15 per page incoming, and are direct-billed at cost for outgoing pages. Site Fax System accepts inbound faxes to memory for concurrent transmission scanning with receipt of inbounds.

COPY EQUIPMENT
40 pages per month free, reductions / enlargements, sorting / stapling, auto feed are standard.

COFFEE SERVICE
Coffee included, snacks on "honor system", vending machines in building.

CLEANING SERVICES
Suites cleaned daily, optional office cleaning by arrangement for security reasons, trash and recycling provided, emergency cleaning as needed.

PLUS - Guard Building, all utilities included, ample free parking, 24-hour video, motion and door security, offices lock, phones can be disabled off hours or forwarded, 24-hour, 7-day access to your suite, elevator building, inside of major Business Park on Garden State Parkway in NJ, a few minutes from Turnpike, Route 1, Newark Airport, New York City.  Easy access to NJ metro area.  1 hour from Atlantic City. 2 hours from Philadelphia.
